T&C's - FIFA 22 GIVEAWAY (7th December 2021 -  23rd December 2021)

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Stonewall FC  Promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to these Rules 

1. Promoter: Stonewall FC is a not-for-profit, volunteer led, amateur football club based in London.

2. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 08:30pm on 3rd November 2020 (UK time) and closes at 23:59 on 6th November 2020 (UK time) (“Entry Period”). 

3. Eligibility:

   1. To participate in the Promotion, entrants must be a legal resident of England, Scotland, Wales or the Republic of Ireland and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

   2. Internet access and an Instagram account is required to enter the Promotion.

   3. Stonewall FC reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Stonewall FC reasonably considers necessary.

4. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must meet the eligibility criteria and complete entry Steps 1 & 2 as a minimum below: 

   1. Step 1 - already follow or start following the Stonewall FC Instagram account. The account can be found using handle @stonewall.fc on Instagram.

   2. Step 2 - tag 3x friends in the comments section of the promotional post.

   3. Entrants can also share the promotional post to their personal Instagram stories to gain an extra entry into the Promotion - this is an optional step.

5. Prize: There are four (4) prizes to be won in this Promotion (“Prize”). Each Prize is a downloadable copy of the ‘FIFA 21 - Standard Edition’ for the Playstation 4 only. Each Prize is worth £50.00. The Prize will require winners to have access to the Playstation Store. Each winner will be supplied with a redeemable, download code usable on the Playstation Store only. No physical prize is available.

6. Prize conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prize:

   1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Stonewall FC considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Stonewall FC’s control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Stonewall FC’s discretion.

   2. Winners can only win one Prize.

   3. Each Prize is subject to Terms and Conditions of the Voucher Code. The winner should ensure they are aware of any applicable expiry dates. 

   4. Prize winners will require access to the Playstation Store to redeem. No physical Prize is available.

7. Winner selection:  All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 9th Nov. 

8. Winner notification: The winners will be notified directly through Instagram messenger by the Stonewall FC’s Instagram account, on the 9th Nov. Stonewall FC will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their Instagram account, including any message requests, for receipt of the notification. 

9. Claiming the Prize: The winners must accept the Prize by confirming their eligibility and acceptance within 48 hours of the date of the initial winner’s notification. Failure to accept the Prize by the deadline will result in the Prize being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winner. Alternative winners will be randomly selected and notified as set out above and must claim the Prize within 48 hours of initial contact. 

10. Prize delivery: The Prize will be supplied to the winner by email within five (5) working days of the date of the winner’s notification. Winners will need to supply Stonewall FC with a preferred email address, to receive their Prize.  

11. Publicity: By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that in the event of a win, the entrant will take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion if requested and that Stonewall FC is entitled (but not obliged) to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity.  Each entrant agrees that Stonewall FC may share, publish or promote any image, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Promotion on its club website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account. 

12. Liability: Stonewall FC will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Stonewall FC (or any person acting on Stonewall FC’s behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Stonewall FC’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of the Stonewall FC’s website or Instagram account. 

13. No Endorsement: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Instagram (“Social Networks”) or any other third party save as expressly stated otherwise. Access to Social Networks is at all times subject to the relevant Social Network’s rules, terms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Social Networks and any other social networking platform on which the Promotion is communicated shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.

14. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Promotion is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances Stonewall FC reserves all its rights and remedies.

15. Cancellation and variation: Stonewall FC reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Stonewall FC’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

16. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Stonewall FC, Stonewall FC reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the winner) that Stonewall FC regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Promotion. 

17. Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Stonewall FC using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Stonewall FC may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where Stonewall FC is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request to marketing@stonewallfc.com within three months of the end of the Promotion. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prizes have been validly claimed. 

18. Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from England, Scotland and Wales, and where permitted by law. Stonewall FC makes no representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.

19. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Stonewall FC’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

20. Disputes: If there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Stonewall FC’s decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

21. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.

22. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with this Promotion will be processed as follows:

    1. Stonewall FC to be the controller in respect of entrants’ personal data obtained in connection with the Promotion.

    2. Stonewall FC will process, and permit the processing of, entrants’ personal data for the purposes described in these Rules and purposes including the administration of the Promotion.

    3. It is necessary for Stonewall FC to use entrants’ personal data to perform its obligations to entrants in relation to the administration of the Promotion or it is in Stonewall FC’s legitimate interest to use entrants’ personal data in the ways described in these Rules in order to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion.

    4. Stonewall FC shall not knowingly share your personal details with any third parties.

    5. Stonewall FC will retain entrants’ personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes described in these Rules.
